A gift in every will makes a difference

Pam DoylePlease help preserve Canterbury Cathedral

Dear Friends and visitors to this site,

The Friends of Canterbury Cathedral have supported the Cathedral since 1927 and have sponsored many different projects over the years. Many of these projects have been made possible by generous legacies from our members. We cherish these gifts, both large and small which enable us to continue our support of the Cathedral. In the following pages, we describe some of the projects that have been made possible by these generous bequests and how you might help us to continue our good work. Also look at the short film (12 minutes), which takes you behind the scenes at Canterbury Cathedral and explains why it will always need your help. There are some beautiful scenes of the Cathedral from angles that the visitor does not always get to see. I hope you enjoy it.

By remembering The Friends of Canterbury Cathedral in your Will, you will help preserve Canterbury Cathedral and all that it stands for in perpetuity. Please help us preserve Canterbury Cathedral for future generations.

With best wishes,

‘This is an immensely precious legacy that has come into our hands. We must not let it slip like water through our fingers. We need to be responsible for it.’
