Delivery information & returns
Delivery
All orders are processed as soon as possible, usually within 2-3 days, depending on the time the order is received. Please note that the office is closed at weekends so any orders taken then will be processed on the next working weekday. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been successfully placed. If you don’t receive a confirmation and are unsure if the order has been taken, please contact us at
[email protected] and we will respond as soon as we can.
Delivery charges can be found in the chart below. We can ship to any destination in the world. Estimated delivery times are as follows; UK - 2 to 3 days, Europe - 5 to 7 days, USA and Canada - 7 to 10 days, other worldwide destinations - 10 to 14 days. Please note that larger items may take slightly longer to arrive. We cannot be held responsible for whether the goods are checked by customs or any local import taxes that may be applied.

In the rare event of a faulty item being received we will either give you a full refund or send a replacement where possible.
Should you change your mind about a product and want to return it, a refund will be given on receipt of the item however, the cost of the return postage will not be refunded.

Do you ship to the US?
Yes, we can ship to any destination in the world. Our delivery rates are shown above.
Can I pay American Express?
Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Can I pay by Paypal?
Yes, select Paypal at checkout to pay using Paypal.
I’ve seen an item in the shop in Canterbury but can’t find it on the website?
Not all our products are suitable for mailing however, if you’ve seen an item in our shop in Canterbury but are unable to find it on the website, contact us at [email protected] and we may be able to help.
My order hasn’t arrived?
If you order hasn’t arrived or is taking longer than expected, please contact us at [email protected] so we can investigate and check with our mail handlers.
Do you have tracking information for my order?
Tracking information will only be available if you selected tracked delivery at checkout. All standard delivery options are untracked.
My order arrived damaged?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we can advise you on the best course of action i.e. sending replacements etc. If possible, send us a photo of the broken item or damaged packaging so we can contact our mail handlers.
